The highly ergonomic features of the Radio-Assist production tools make them very easy to learn and use. There are several editing levels, ranging from the quick Easy-cut to the more complex Multi-track. Processing of each production stage is now faster than ever. Radio-Assist 7 integrates data from outside the system and blends it with other dispatch processing programs (iNews, ANN, ENPS, etc.) on the same interface. This is accomplished within the security rules laid down by the radio, allowing all production stations to gain direct access to the Internet.
Especially designed for editing interviews and reports, this tool provides all digital audio editing techniques in a single screen.
Selection of a sequence at random
Two cut modes : by adding or removing
File editing before recording ends
Setting fade points, sequence inversion, insertion of new sounds
Stretching a selected sequence
Drag & drop, screen exit Scroll function, right or left mouse click, keyboard shortcuts, special keyboard, etc.
Multi Track allows mixing using several tracks. Each individual track has full editing and mixing (recording, independent fade and panning curves for clips and for tracks, sequence stretching, sequence masterising, mute or solo etc). In accordance with customer feedback NETIA has provided numerous quality sound effects: equaliser, compressor, reverb, noise reduction and so on. Based on the highly popular ergonomics of Snippet, the Radio-Assist 7.5 Multi Track has widespread Drag & Drop, moving from one track to another or sequence modifications is done by a simple mouse click.
Each sound to be broadcast is prepared with the Production function. This setting of lead-in points and sequenced fade curves improves the quality of the broadcast. The tool also enables the user to set markers and command trigger points (GPI).
Ever conscious of the needs of its customers NETIA has developed News Link. Radio-Assist 7.5 uses the MOS (Media Object Server) protocol to interface with wire processing systems such as iNews, ENPS etc. A single interface allows access to both systems and their features.
Journalists can now edit no matter where they are via the Internet. No matter the type of Internet access, once the central database has been accessed editing is in real time, online.
